The Gym Group in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy gym and drive exceptional member experience. You will be responsible for delivering strong performance, managing a large team, and ensuring daily operations run smoothly with a focus on health, fitness and safety.

You will lead from the front, develop your people, and implement strategic plans to maximise gym potential while maintaining high service standards and compliance across all areas.
