Job summary

The Gym Group is seeking a Fitness Manager for a LOCATION gym. You will support the General Manager, lead the fitness team, and drive outstanding member service while upholding our values of inclusivity and engagement.

You'll develop the class timetable, manage operations, ensure safety compliance, and have the option to PT during hours with full earning rights. Flex contracts available and a vibrant, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification or be studying for it.
• Experience in leading gym teams and delivering member service.
• Strong communication, organisation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead gym team and drive member engagement to improve satisfaction.
• Line manage fitness trainers and develop class timetable.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain site standards.
• Support GM with admin tasks, rotas and checks, act as keyholder.
• Provide PT services within employed hours and manage own time.
