The Gym Group in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a Fitness Manager on a flexible contract to support the General Manager and lead the gym's fitness team. You will drive member engagement, manage trainers, and help shape the class timetable while upholding our values.

This role offers on-site duties with flexible hours including potential private training during employed hours, a focus on safety, and opportunities for development within a fast-growing budget gym chain.

Qualificações

• Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification or equivalent is required.
• Experience leading fitness teams and delivering member-focused service.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-gym service to improve member satisfaction metrics.
• Line manage fitness trainers and motivate the team daily.
• Develop the Group Exercise timetable and upskill staff.
• Support GM with on-site admin, rotas, time tracking, and safety checks.
• Act as keyholder and provide flexible hours incl. PT sessions with earnings.
