The Gym Group is seeking a General Manager for our Alperton site. You will lead day‑to‑day gym operations, drive an exceptional member experience and manage the P&L to maximise site potential.

You’ll coach and develop the gym team, ensuring high service levels and full compliance while staying present on the gym floor to reinforce best practices. We prize passion for health and fitness, energy, and an ability to set a high standard of operation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading gym teams to deliver high service levels.
• Strong ability to understand and drive P&L and budgets.
• Committed to health, fitness and member satisfaction.
• Demonstrated leadership with clear development plans for staff.
• Ability to engage and influence peers and senior leaders.
