Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager within QSR, fast casual or high-volume hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commercially focused with experience of P&L management.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Hands-on operational approach with strong attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of restaurant standards, people and performance.
• Experience within a structured or growing brand preferred.
