Job summary

COREcruitment seeks an experienced General Manager for a high-volume QSR restaurant in Newcastle. This hands-on leadership role will own day-to-day operations, team performance and the guest experience to deliver strong commercial results.

We are looking for a proactive leader who can drive sales, cost control and brand standards while supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager within QSR, fast casual or high-volume hospitality
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercially focused with experience of P&L management
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Hands-on operational approach with strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of restaurant standards, people and performance
• Experience within a structured or growing brand preferred

Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
