Job Description

The Responsibilities:

• Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness
• Demonstrate our elevated ways of working always
• Drive all revenue lines from membership sales to product & secondary, to drive profitability
• Manage controllable costs like stock orders & cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend
• Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
• Ensure processes like STRIVE & MOVE are followed and delivered to a high standard
• Promote national initiatives like #WORKOUTWEDNESDAY & #WeCommunicate
• Recruit, monitor, train, and onboard new team members
• Ensure operational processes are completed consistently using in-house systems
• Provide regular, constructive feedback to support team development
• Report facilities & maintenance issues following best practices
• Manage club rotas based on budgets, ensuring adequate staffing
• React resiliently and agilely to challenging situations
• Manage policies including Health & Safety, including pool operations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times

Qualifications

Must have:

• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
• Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable)
• Over 1 year of management experience in the fitness industry
• Strong leadership qualities
