The Responsibility:

  • Represent Everlast Gyms as an ambassador for fitness, demonstrating our elevated ways of working at all times.
  • Drive all revenue streams, including membership sales and product sales, to enhance overall gym profitability.
  • Manage controllable costs effectively, such as stock orders and cleaning supplies, to eliminate wastage and overspend.
  • Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance every member visit.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE.
