BM Caterers is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations within our contract catering service. The role runs Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, focusing on service standards and budget controls while developing the team.

You will utilise kitchen management skills to drive cost controls, plan innovative menus, and participate in BM Caterers forums, ensuring top-tier customer care for a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in contract catering or hospitality.
• Experience in managing a team to achieve targets and client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food production, service and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor all areas of service and standards.
• Oversee budgetary controls and targets.
• Plan for innovation, attend BM Caterers forums, and implement concepts and menus.
