Village Hotels seeks a General Manager to lead operations across Leisure Club, Pub & Grill and Hotel, delivering the group strategy and ensuring outstanding guest service. You will be an inspirational leader, developing and empowering your team to uphold the Village standard of hospitality.

In this role you will drive commercial performance, maintain brand standards, and foster a culture of teamwork, recognition and continuous improvement to delight guests and maximise returns.
