Job summary

Flow Sports Personnel Ltd's client, a leading 5-a-side centre in Glasgow, is seeking a self-motivated General Manager. You will have full control of the site's sales and operations and lead, train and develop the team to deliver top performance.

You will focus on maximising capacity through repeat customers, marketing and corporate bookings, with flexible shifts to ensure management cover at all times. Previous experience in leisure or multi-function venues is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience working towards financial KPI's and targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers, staff and coaches.
• Organisation and management of a multi-staff site and shift coverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the sales and day-to-day operations of the Glasgow centre.
• Lead, train and develop the onsite team to deliver high performance.
• Drive customer acquisition, corporate bookings and event activity to maximise capacity.
