GOALS is seeking a General Manager to lead our Glasgow site. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales, and develop short-to-mid term plans to maximise income opportunities.

You will manage staff across reception, bar, security and referees, implement health and safety policies, and chair weekly meetings to ensure strong internal communications. Flexible hours support management coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have General/Duty Manager experience.
• Oversee staff management across multiple roles.
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to maximise income.

Responsibilities

• Supervise reception, bar, security staff and referees.
• Develop 3–6 monthly sales/marketing plans; focus on weekends/off-peak periods.
• Chair weekly management meetings and ensure effective communications.
