Job summary

Greene King’s Farmhouse Inns in Dundee is seeking a General Manager to build a thriving pub, lead a team, and create a warm welcome for guests.

You’ll drive sales, uphold brand standards, recruit and develop staff, and ensure safety and allergen controls. A personal license may be required or pursued to support our operating standards.

Qualifications

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Grow pub sales with the business development manager and management team.

What you'll do as a General Manager...

• Previous success at General Manager level is desirable; from a hospitality, retail or other fast paced background, and the right attitude and outlook is essential!
