Job summary

The Fleece in Addingham is seeking a General Manager to lead the team, drive guest experience and ensure top-quality service in a traditional Yorkshire pub and dining space. You’ll oversee front-of-house operations, staffing, and daily performance in a multi-space venue with on-site dining, bar and function areas.

The role sits with Seafood Pub Company, offering progression across six premium pubs with rooms, and a culture built on quality, seasonal menus and local seafood excellence.

In the village of Addingham, The Fleece, is a traditional Yorkshire taproom and pub. It has a pub and restaurant dining spaces, a bar and lounge area, alfresco dining on the outside patio, and private function and dining rooms.
