Job summary

Level X Middlesbrough is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume site and its diverse team. You will oversee guest service, revenue-generating activities and day-to-day operations across gaming, food & beverage and events.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of General Management experience in leisure, hospitality or related sectors, with a track record of coaching teams, delivering excellent guest experiences and driving performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years General Management experience in leisure, hospitality or F&B sectors.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop large teams to deliver guest excellence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude.
• Innovative leadership with a focus on driving guest satisfaction and revenue streams.
• Comfortable managing multi-faceted operations with high throughput.
• Positive, supportive mindset and ability to foster a fun work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations including guest service, gaming, food & beverage and events.

We're recruiting for a General Manager to lead a fantastic team and to take responsibility for all aspects of managing their site. Who loves what they do and is looking to develop their skills within a growing brand, in a very high-volume site.

Our ideal candidate is a manager who has a passion about delivering excellent guest service, developing their team through coaching & training, and has the ability to run a large, multi-faceted business, with multiple revenue streams.

The Role

• Take responsibility for the safe and effective management of the site and its team.

• Actively participate in all areas of the operation from gaming, food, beverage, events, sport and labour whilst maintaining required standards of operation in daily activities


• Be fully accountable for all process and procedures within the business from daily transactions to inventory management.


• Create an environment that is team focused and encourage a professional and motivating atmosphere for all team members.

What We'll Offer

• Salary - Up to £42,000 Per Annum


• 28 days holiday per year (Plus 1 day per every year worked, Up to 5 years of service)
