Job summary

Lane7 Birmingham Cube is hiring in hospitality to deliver an immaculate guest journey across our exciting venue. You’ll be the first point of contact, welcome guests, mix drinks or clear tables, and help create an immersive, energetic atmosphere.

We offer progression from within, a generous holiday allowance, free bowling for you and up to 3 friends, and strong team social events. All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and speak fluent English.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English required.
• Experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

• You are the port of call for guests, handling check-in, cocktails, and table care.

The Role

• Ensure our guest journey is immaculate, from start to finish
• You’re the port of call for our guests, whether you're checking them in, building their favourite cocktail or cleaning down their table
• Ensuring everyone is enjoying a fully immersive experience
• Represent the Lane7 brand to the best of your ability and immerse yourself in what is an amazing atmosphere to be part of!
