Job summary

Tenpin is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead daily operations and create a lively, safe, and welcoming environment at our Southampton centre. You will support the General Manager with team development, sales and KPI delivery, and customer satisfaction.

You will foster a customer-focused culture, supervise large teams, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and safety standards while driving business results. This is a hands-on leadership role in a vibrant family entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail.
• Passionate about exceptional customer service.
• Have experience in leading and developing large teams.
• Determined, enthusiastic and patient.
• Ambitious and eager to progress.

The Role
