Job summary

Nando’s Group in Salisbury is seeking a General Manager to run a high‑performing restaurant as if it were their own business. You will lead from the front, drive sales, manage the P&L, and ensure all safety and compliance standards are met while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional PERi‑PERi service.

You’ll balance budgets, forecast labour, and use data to grow profitability and guest satisfaction, owning the end‑to‑end customer journey from Eat‑in to Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience leading a busy operation and teams, with ownership of commercial results.
• Strong customer service focus and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent business acumen, budgeting, and use of performance data to drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant from the front, setting direction and driving business performance.
• Balance budgets, forecast labour, and manage costs to deliver strong profitability.
• Own the customer journey across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery to ensure memorable experiences.
