Job summary

Nando’s Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager in London to lead restaurant operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Patrão to deliver business results, uphold safety and compliance, and inspire a high-performing team across shifts.

Ideal candidates will have proven leadership in fast-paced hospitality, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, and a passion for people development and operational excellence.
