Nando’s Group is seeking a General Manager in the United Kingdom to run a busy restaurant as if you own it. You will lead the team, drive sales, manage the P&L, and ensure compliance and safety while delivering the famous PERi-PERi experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager leading teams and owning commercial performance.
• Strong focus on customer service and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Ability to balance budgets, forecast with confidence, and manage labour effectively.
