Nando's Southampton is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our front-line leadership team. Working alongside the General Manager, you will help bring the restaurant's business strategy to life, delivering strong results while maintaining safety standards and inspiring your team to excel every day.

You will lead shifts, coach staff, and use data to improve sales, profitability, and overall guest experience, ensuring we deliver the signature PERi-PERi service that guests expect.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and running successful shifts in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to balance budgets, forecasts and labour to drive profitability.
• Strong focus on customer experience and service quality.
