As General Manager at BMW MINI Tunbridge Wells you’ll be instrumental in shaping our future. This is one of the largest, well-established sites within our Stratstone brand. This impressive location represents BMW, MINI, and Motorrad, offering a full range of services across all three brands.

Your Journey as a General Manager:

  • Being accountable for delivering top financial results across each department, by offering a first-class experience for your associates and customers
  • Ensuring all processes and standards are met in line with FCA regulations, maintaining showroom excellence in line with manufacturer standards
  • Champion outstanding customer service, coaching your team to deliver the same level of excellence throughout their respective teams
  • Lead from the front on all aspects of your dealership, including new and used car sales, associated products, parts, labour and aftersales care
  • Recruit, develop and retain talented associates, motivating them to be the best they can be and supporting them with regular reviews, training and progression plans
  • Build meaningful manufacturer relationships by implementing brand strategies, policies and procedures to an exceptional level
