Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience within recruitment, workforce solutions, labour supply or technical staffing.
• Proven track record of securing new business and growing existing accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue, margins and profitability.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams in fast-paced, project-driven environments.
• Knowledge of engineering, construction, energy, utilities, infrastructure or data centre sectors.
