Copius Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and grow our recruitment business across the UK, Ireland, and mainland Europe. You will drive profitable revenue growth, oversee multi-disciplinary teams, and build long-term client partnerships in engineering, construction, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

This strategic role offers significant autonomy and leadership influence within a rapidly expanding international business, shaping the next chapter of Copius Group's growth

Formación

• Senior leadership experience within recruitment, workforce solutions, labour supply or technical staffing.
• Proven track record of securing new business and growing existing accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue, margins and profitability.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams in fast-paced, project-driven environments.
• Knowledge of engineering, construction, energy, utilities, infrastructure or data centre sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Driving profitable revenue growth across contract, temporary and permanent recruitment services.
• Taking oversight of and leading recruitment, resourcing, account management and compliance teams.
• Winning new business and building long-term strategic client partnerships across the UK and Europe.
• Taking ownership of commercial performance, margins, forecasting and operational delivery.
• Developing and executing growth strategies across key sectors including engineering, construction, energy, data centres and infrastructure.
