Job summary

TrainMore UK is seeking a Club Manager in Marlow to lead daily operations, drive commercial performance and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced fitness environment.

You will own member experience, manage budgets and KPIs, build local sales and marketing efforts, recruit and coach staff; represent the brand locally and collaborate with HQ to hit ambitious targets, including growth, retention and NPS.

• Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs.
• Hospitality or customer-facing background with a service-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills; confident with teams and stakeholders.
• Hands-on, proactive leadership style.

• Personal passion for fitness, health or sport — and you lead by example.

Key Responsibilities

• You lead the daily operations of the club – from member experience to safety, staffing and cleanliness.

• You understand how to control costs without compromising on quality — and can give examples of how you’d do this in a club environment.
• You celebrate achievements and know what it takes to consistently meet and exceed targets and KPIs such as member growth, retention and NPS.

You

• Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs.
• A background in hospitality or other customer-facing environments with a service-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills — confident when engaging with both teams and stakeholders.
