Job summary

TrainMore in Marlow, UK, is seeking a Club Manager to be the heartbeat of the club, leading with energy and owning performance. You will inspire your team, drive member satisfaction, and manage day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

You will be sales-driven and member-focused, with a passion for fitness and hospitality, overseeing budgets, KPIs, and local marketing to grow the club. This role opens opportunities to open new clubs in the UK and build a high-performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs.
• Background in hospitality or other customer-facing environments with a service-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills - confident when engaging with both teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the club - member experience, safety, staffing and cleanliness.
• Own your club’s commercial performance, including budget and KPI management.
• Drive local sales and marketing efforts to grow the member base.
• Recruit, train, and develop a strong and motivated team - from personal trainers to front desk staff and cleaners.
• Create a positive and professional team environment that drives engagement and performance.
• Be the go-to person for both members and your team - set the tone and lead by example.
• Act as the local face of TrainMore and ensure brand standards are met at all times.
• Collaborate with HQ and regional stakeholders to align on goals, strategy and performance.
• Demonstrate proactive thinking and coach your team to do the same.
• Understand how to control costs without compromising on quality - with concrete examples.
• Celebrate achievements and drive KPIs like member growth, retention and NPS.

Club Manager

40 hours | UK, Marlow | Salary: ca. £45.000 per year depending on experience

• A background in hospitality or other customer-facing environments with a service-first mindset.
• Excellent communication skills - confident when engaging with both teams and stakeholders.
• A hands-on, proactive attitude and a natural leadership style.
• A track record of building strong, high-performing teams.
• Results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• A personal passion for fitness, health or sport - and you lead by example.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Experience in the fitness or leisure industry is a plus, but not essential.
