At Honi Poke, our General Managers are the heart of the shop, energising the team, delighting our guests, and ensuring we serve fresh, feel-good food every day.

As a General Manager, you’ll be accountable for the business performance of your shop.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build a profit plan that keeps People, Hospitality, and Quality front and centre.
  • Manage controllable costs like labour and waste to hit targets.
  • Use KPIs to drive shop performance through regular review and team development.
  • Work closely with your Area Manager to continuously improve performance.
  • Oversee stock control and inventory management to ensure availability and minimise waste.
