Hall & Woodhouse’s Royal Lion in Lyme Regis invites an experienced General Manager to lead our premium pub and 33-room inn. You’ll drive exceptional guest service, oversee kitchen and operations, and champion Hall & Woodhouse hospitality across the venue.

The role offers up to £60K salary, profit share, bonus, comprehensive benefits and a clear career pathway for development within our Dorset portfolio.

What you'll need to be:

• An experienced GM with great leadership capability within branded hospitality
• Comfortable with the extra operational challenges of seasonal trade and letting rooms
• Competent in kitchen oversight and the control of food production
• Based in the local, area or planning to re-locate
• An expert in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail
• A strategic commercially minded operator with experience growing hospitality businesses
• Diligent with brand standards and processes
