You will drive exceptional guest experiences, oversee food production, and manage seasonal demand while upholding brand standards and delivering growth across the estate. The position offers a competitive package with benefits.

Almost 400 years old, the inn was originally a mail stagecoach stop on the road from Wareham to get fresh horses and drop off mail for Lulworth Villagers, later it was a haven for the smugglers who brought ashore French lace, brandy and other contraband to sell to the good citizens of Lulworth. What you'll need to be:

• An experienced GM with great leadership capability within branded hospitality
• Competent in kitchen oversight and the control of food production
• Based in the local, area or planning to re-locate
• An expert in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail
• Confidently able to manage the additional complexity and challenges of seasonal trade and letting rooms
• A strategic commercially minded operator with experience growing hospitality businesses
• Diligent with brand standards and processes
