Hall & Woodhouse is recruiting a General Manager to lead the Gardeners Arms, a characterful country pub with a garden and strong heritage. You will oversee a fabulous team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain brand standards across food and service.

The role offers up to £46.5K salary, bonus, profit share, comprehensive benefits and a structured development pathway within a values-led hospitality group.

• An experienced GM with great leadership within branded hospitality.
• Competent in kitchen oversight and control of food production.
• Based in the local area or planning to relocate.
• Expert in quality food and drink with high attention to detail.
