Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse is recruiting a General Manager for the Lulworth Cove Inn in Dorset. The role leads a fabulous team in a premium pub environment, with a salary up to £57K, profit share and bonus.

You will be responsible for hospitality excellence, food quality, and staff development within a branded hospitality group. The successful candidate will oversee kitchen operations, seasonal trade, and letting rooms, while maintaining brand standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership in branded hospitality.
• Experience overseeing kitchen operations and food production.
• Based in the local area or willing to relocate.
• Expert in quality food and drink with attention to detail.
• Able to manage seasonal trade and letting rooms.

• An experienced GM with great leadership capability within branded hospitality
• Competent in kitchen oversight and the control of food production
• Based in the local, area or planning to re-locate
