What You'll Be Doing

• Taking full responsibility for all aspects of the restaurant.
• Ensuring profitability and managing costs effectively.
• Supporting the Head Chef to meet food cost targets by monitoring specs, yields, and orders.
• Planning rotas, minimizing team turnover through effective hiring and training.
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences each shift.
• Confidently working across all kitchen sections.
• Motivating and engaging your team, maintaining open communication.
• Developing your team through rotation, coaching, and succession planning.
• Managing HR matters and ensuring safety and happiness of your team.
