We’re looking for a General Manager to join our Turtle Bay Family in Exeter.

Our General Managers are exceptional coaches, hosts, entertainers, and leaders, who are at the core of our teams. They bring the magic to our restaurants and ensure everything is in place to create Caribbean Good Times!

As a General Manager, you will lead development and training, maximize sales and restaurant performance, drive standards, and work with fantastic teams to deliver the Caribbean experience for our guests.
