Job summary

Nando's Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager in the United Kingdom. You will work alongside the Patrão to translate business strategy into strong restaurant performance, while maintaining safety standards and an engaging team environment.

Expect a role focused on leading teams, driving profitability, and delivering a great PERi-PERi experience across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery. Strong leadership, commercial insight, and a passion for guest service are essential.

• Strong operational and financial performance oversight.
