Job summary

Nando’s Group in the United Kingdom is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant operations and team performance. You’ll work with the Patrão to translate business strategy into daily excellence, ensuring exceptional service, safety standards and consistent delivery of great PERi-PERi meals.

You’ll use data and commercial insight to optimise sales and labour, motivate and develop your team, and own the customer journey across Eat-in, collection and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant management team and partner with the Patrão to deliver results.
• Inspire and develop your team to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Utilise data and commercial insight to drive sales and labour efficiency.
• Ensure compliance and safety standards across all shifts.
• Oversee the customer journey across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.
