David-Lloyd-Clubs in Chorley is seeking a General Manager to lead our busy club, inspiring teams and delivering exceptional member experiences every day. You will work with club support and regional management to implement operating improvements that boost service levels and efficiency while maintaining a welcoming culture.

The role requires proven leadership of a large operational team, exposure to financial planning, and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large operational service delivery facilities such as clubs, restaurants, or leisure venues.
• Experience managing a large team including managers.
• Exposure to financial planning and management.
• Customer service mindset and guest-centric approach.
