Nando’s Chickenland Limited is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy restaurant in the UK. You’ll own strategy, drive P&L, ensure safety standards and inspire the team to achieve excellent results.

You’ll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting and people development, delivering great PERi-PERi customer experiences and growing the business. A strong leadership record is essential.

Qualificações

• 3+ years’ experience as a General Manager, leading teams and managing busy operations.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and labour management.
• Proven ability to drive sales and profitability.
