We're looking for a General Manager for a two-door community-led pub in Bradford, offering a salary of up to £43k plus bonus and benefits.

Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest pub chains, operating over 1,300 venues. We seek a dynamic General Manager to lead the Flying Squirrel in Bradford and drive its success.

About the pub

The Flying Squirrel was recently refurbished in April 2025 with a £300k investment to introduce our new 2-door pub concept, offering family-friendly dining and a community wet-led pub with sports and entertainment. Located near Bradford city centre on a busy retail park, it has excellent links to the M62 and M606 motorways.

The pub features a traditional community food menu, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, darts, pool, and an interactive media system for events like Bingo, karaoke, and quizzes. It has two outdoor areas, including a patio and garden, and a large free parking lot.

Management accommodation includes three double bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom, and lounge.
