Join us as a General Manager Designate and we can offer you a generous package of £41,000 to £45,000 per year including Tip Jar!

As a General Manager Designate, you are a true leader of people and restaurant operations. You are ready to step into a full-time General Manager role where you will have outstanding people management skills, using them to coach and develop your management team, ensuring your team is striving for the next steps.

You have a strong management background which will support you in either holding a restaurant or supporting an existing General Manager - always striving for success and looking at the bigger picture. You are ready to take full ownership of the restaurant building, the guest experience, your team, as well as being accountable for all restaurant financials.

You will remain a hands-on manager and lead from the front, motivating the team during peak times, positively impacting shifts. A champion of standards and culture.
