About the pub

The Talbot is a popular community pub in Atherton near Manchester. It is spacious, open-plan, and located on a main road within 5 minutes of the M61 and Atherton town centre, surrounded by housing. The pub trades at over £20k weekly, with 40% of sales from food, and has an excellent reputation and a stable team.

We are looking for a community-focused operator with a passion for guest experience and local engagement to lead the team and maintain its position at the heart of the community.
