Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a General Manager for the Bathpool Inn, part of Vintage Inns. You will lead a team to deliver memorable guest experiences, drive sales, and oversee day-to-day operations at a rural pub setting.

You’ll be responsible for inspiring staff, delivering outstanding service, and achieving business targets while upholding the brand’s standards and values across a welcoming, community-focused site.

Job description
