White Lion Hotel is seeking a General Manager to build a thriving operation, grow the team and hit ambitious targets. You’ll be part of a district of sites delivering memorable guest experiences and a strong community presence.

The role includes on-site accommodation and a pension scheme, with the chance to lead multiple venues under the Mitchells & Butlers Innkeepers Collection.

This business is part of our Innkeepers Collection with a 7room hotel attached, and therefore Management roles will support the hotel as part of the business.

This opportunity comes with the added optional benefit of onsite accommodation, comprising 2 bedrooms.
