Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a proactive General Manager for our Vintage Inn brand in Gloucestershire. You will lead a pub team, drive service standards and ensure memorable guest moments while hitting targets.

You’ll train and inspire your colleagues to deliver operational excellence, manage food and drink quality, and build a business that guests want to return to. This role is suitable for someone seeking their first General Manager appointment.
