Job summary

ECG Facilities Services in Birmingham is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a static site role focused on basic plumbing, tiling and carpentry within our M&E maintenance operations. You will perform day-to-day site tasks, identify faults, and keep essential records using a PDA and CAFM system.

The role requires a valid driving licence, commitment to health and safety, and willingness to work 40 hours per week on-site.

Qualifications

• A good working knowledge of basic plumbing maintenance.
• A good understanding of tiling and carpentry.
• Must be able to show good handyman skills.
• Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations regarding maintenance activities.
• Full and clean driving licence (vehicle provided)
