Job summary

ECG Facilities Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to uphold planned and reactive electrical works across a major Glasgow site. You will perform monthly lighting and plant checks, supervise subcontractors, and ensure safety and compliance within a high-profile facility.

• Proven experience within facilities management or building services.
• Strong background in PPM and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team on a large, high-profile site.

Responsibilities

• Undertake planned preventive maintenance, including monthly lighting and plant checks, and general building maintenance.
• Carry out reactive electrical works, including repairs to internal and external lighting and distribution boards.
• Complete routine PPM visits and reactive repairs to electrical assets across the site.
• Supervise and support subcontractors completing PPM and reactive works onsite.
