Job summary

The role involves performing routine cleaning and safety checks, following Health and Safety policies, and contributing to a welcoming, well-maintained gym environment for members and staff.

• Previous experience in a similar role and ability to multi-task and work unsupervised.
• Effective communication and approachable to members and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all policies and procedures in Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
• Adhere to and maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.
• Ensure the whole gym facility is of the highest standard of cleanliness.
• Ensure uniform standards are being adhered to by yourself.
• Deliver outstanding member service.
• Participate in colleague training videos to assist in the delivery of exceptional standards across the group.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties.
