Job summary

JD Gyms is looking for a dedicated Cleaning Associate to join our Liverpool site. The role balances meticulous cleaning standards with friendly member interaction, ensuring a welcoming and safe gym environment.

You will perform daily, weekly and monthly checks, maintain brand standards and support colleagues to deliver exceptional service to all members.

• Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
• Passion for exceeding expectations.
• Experience in a similar role with the ability to multi task & work unsupervised.
• Effective communication and approachable to members and staff.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.
• Ensure the gym facility is of the highest standard of cleanliness.
• Ensure uniform standards are adhered to by yourself.
• Deliver outstanding member service.
• Participate in colleague training videos to assist in delivery of exceptional standards across the group.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties.
