Job summary

JD Gyms is seeking a diligent cleaner to join our gym team and maintain top-quality cleanliness and member service in a fast-paced environment. You will conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and safety checks, adhere to Health and Safety policies, and report any defects to keep the facility safe and presentable.

You’ll help uphold brand standards and engage with members and staff, including training videos.

Qualifications

• Hard-working with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
• Passion for exceeding expectations in a guest-facing role.
• Effective communication with members and staff.
• Able to multi-task and work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies and company procedures.
• Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard across the facility.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report defects to keep gym equipment and premises safe to use.
• Ensure the gym facility remains at the highest standard of cleanliness.
• Uphold uniform standards and deliver outstanding member service.
• Participate in colleague training videos to help maintain exceptional standards across the group.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties.

We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for cleanliness and can play an integral part in our gym team. We need someone with meticulous cleaning standards that can balance interacting with our members whilst getting the job done.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all policies and procedures in both the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook are adhered to.
• Responsible for adhering to and maintaining the JD Gyms Brand Standard.
• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and safety checks.
• Report all defects to ensure the building and its equipment is safe to use.
• To ensure the whole of the gym facility is of the highest standard of cleanliness.
• To ensure uniform standards are being adhered to by yourself.
• To always deliver outstanding member service.
• To participate in colleague training videos to assist in the delivery of exceptional standards across the group.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties.
