Job summary

Accenture Song in London/Manchester seeks an AI Solution Architect (Customer) to design and deliver data-driven AI solutions, spanning GenAI and agentic AI, with leadership to engineers and data scientists from design through production.

You will shape target architecture, own workstreams, ensure security and governance, and translate technical concepts for business stakeholders to clearly demonstrate value across customer growth, marketing and service initiatives.

Qualifications

• Production GenAI experience delivering GenAI/LLM-based solutions into production environments.
• Customer domain experience applying AI to customer growth, personalisation, marketing, commerce, sales or service challenges.
• Modern AI architecture knowledge including retrieval-augmented generation and enterprise deployment patterns.
• Engineering and cloud foundations with hands-on experience on Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Enterprise data experience covering data modelling, ingestion, governance, security and data quality.
• Technical leadership providing direction within a delivery team and ownership of design decisions.
• Consulting and stakeholder management skills, able to explain design choices to technical and business audiences.
• Responsible AI, governance and security understanding is essential.
• Mentoring junior engineers or data scientists and sharing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for AI, generative AI and analytics solutions across the customer lifecycle.
• Take ownership of defined components or workstreams, ensuring scalability and security.
• Design and build AI applications and platform components integrating with enterprise systems.
• Contribute to architectural decisions on technology, patterns, security and governance.
• Provide technical direction to small delivery teams from concept to production.
• Ensure solutions meet responsible AI and regulatory requirements.
• Apply and promote technical standards across the AI & Modelling Craft.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and explain concepts to diverse audiences.
• Support business development with solution approaches, estimates and technical roadmaps.
