Job summary

Accenture Song in the UK seeks a Lead AI Solution Architect (Customer) to own the end-to-end delivery of data and AI solutions, spanning ML products, generative AI and agentic AI systems. You will define target architectures, provide technical leadership, and drive production deployment and continuous improvement.

You will guide multidisciplinary delivery teams, manage technical risks, ensure security and governance, and translate technical concepts into measurable business value for customer

Qualifications

• GenAI in production environments experience.
• Experience applying AI to customer growth, personalisation, marketing, commerce, sales or service challenges.
• Deep understanding of machine learning, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and enterprise-scale patterns.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, data architecture and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Experience integrating enterprise data into AI solutions, including data modelling and governance.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers, data scientists and AI specialists.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills; able to bridge architecture and business conversations.
• Experience designing trustworthy, secure and compliant AI solutions with governance considerations.
• Experience coaching and developing engineers, data scientists or architects.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI and analytics across the customer lifecycle.
• Define the technical architecture for AI solutions ensuring scalability and security.
• Lead the design of AI platforms and applications integrating with enterprise systems.
• Make key architectural decisions on technology, integration, security and performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams from concept to production deployment.
• Ensure responsible AI, governance and regulatory compliance in designs.
• Establish technical standards and coach staff to raise capability.
• Build trusted client relationships and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Support business development with technical roadmaps and proposals.
